A Ratification Informational Meeting and Vote was held on 1-3-13 at the UAW Local 95 Hall.  The Vote Result was 100% yes to ratify.  We first would like to thank our members who attended the meeting and voted.  We appreciated their support during the Contract Negotiations.
We also would like to thank Intl. Serving Rep. Tony Rainey and Local 95 Vice President Dave Vaughn for their leadership in helping us obtain a new contract.

12-18-12
A tentative agreement was reached on Mon., December 17th.
There will be notification posted at the Plant for our Ratification Meeting and Vote for Thursday, January 3, 2013 at the Union Hall.  Unit #15 members will be able to stop at the Hall between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. to pick up their contract information, discuss with the Bargaining Committee any questions they may have and place their Vote for the ratification.

We will be returning to the bargaining table on Tuesday, November 27th. 
We hope we will have something to report back to our membership with after the next meeting.
We wish our membership a happy thanksgiving and to our deer hunters, a bountiful and safe hunt.

We have begun our Contract Negotiations.  We met with the Company on Wednesday, November 7th and Thursday, November 8th.  We have nothing to report at this point, but will keep you updated on our progress as we proceed.
