4-28-16  - UPDATE

When we negotiate we negotiate every item in the contract. Some items have not been changed but the union and management still have to agree on them. We are unable to give any specific information because right now everything is just tentative and could still change. We are often told "don't get married to it," because as negotiations go on there may be disagreements and we may have to change something we already tentatively agreed to. We will have a ratification meeting when we are finished negotiating and will have handouts with proposed changes for the unit to discuss and vote on.
